This hotel was recommended by a Georgian friend. Arriving from the airport around 5 am we had a warm welcome and settled into a spotless and comfortable room with a shady balcony and a view of sunrise over the city. Breakfast was fresh ( delicious pancakes and home made jam stand out). Staff were always helpful and Eliso the manager arranged wonderful trips with her driver. He is amazing; an excellent and very safe driver..it helps to speak some German as his English is limited but he adds into each trip extra highlights that we would not have known about. The hotel is up a steep hill, as are many in the Mtatsminda area of the city. A thoroughly good place to stay as a base for visiting Eastern Georgia

I stayed in this cozy boutique hotel for two weeks during a work trip to Tbilisi. I highly recommend it for several reasons: First of all, you feel in a home-like atmosphere, the staff is super nice and helpful, breakfast is more than anyone needs and full of healthy options. The rooms are spacious with a modern style, bright and airy. Location is superb, (just a cobbled-stone, winding, typical block of the wonderful Tbilisi neighborhoods) near the Rustaveli metro station and 15' walk from Liberty Square. If you prefer small hotels rather than chain huge ones, this is a place to stay! Thank you to all the staff for making me feel at home!

The new hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms. Tasty breakfast.The staff is very nice and friendly. Location is good (10-15 minutes to Freedom square by walk). I recommend this hotel and with pleasure will stay there next time.

This delightful family run hotel is spotlessly clean, furnished to the highest standards, with all the conveniences you could wish for. Conveniently situated in a quite street, a few minutes walk from the city centre. The manager, Eliso, was delightful, and nothing was too much trouble. All staff were most helpful. The breakfast was fantastic. Highly recommended.
Stepping into the hotel, you feel a very special atmosphere. I liked it very much. Everything is bright, warm and friendly. You will certainly enjoy a comfortable stay here. The hotel has a soul.
