Hotel Suliko is a boutique hotel in the heart of Tbilisi. It is centrally located in a quiet side street above the Rustaveli Avenue. The staff is friendly, the coffee - excellent and the breakfast - delicious and rich in local products. The ambience is atmospheric and cosy.
The rooms are comfortably equipped and lovely furnished: writing table and desk chair, A/C, heating, wardrobe, private shower/WC.
Eight of our rooms provide a fantastic view over the city. The service crew is English-speaking, attentive and personal. The reception is staffed around the clock, and alongside airport transfer and laundry service, we provide interesting excursion tips and travel offers for Tbilisi and Georgia.
Furnishing
Recreation and well-being of our quests is our topmost priority. Smooth colors, plain light-wood furniture and quality textiles ensure your comfort.
In collaboration with the Art Gallery Vake we decorated all our rooms with original paintings of Georgian artists. Thus, you can enjoy unique artworks and on top of that obtain an exclusive glimpse into the contemporary Georgian art scene.
Breakfast room and bar
The heart of the house is our breakfast room in souterrain. Every morning you can enjoy a varied breakfast with great coffee, different Georgian teas, natural juices, whole wheat rolls and dairy products of the region.
In the evenings the bar is open to all our guests. Here you can order hot and cold beverages as well as some delicious snacks. You also find an open fireplace in the bar, lit if desired. We also provide a large-format television to watch films, football matches and other live broadcasts.
Besides common standard beverages we also offer selected kvevri-wines and, of course, the famous Georgian grape brandy “Tchatcha”.
Service
Our service team will do their utmost to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The reception staff speaks English and is always at your disposal. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions or wishes.
FAQ
Do you provide airport service?
The hotel disposes of its own shuttle bus and willingly assumes the responsibility of your airport transfer.
Price for our hotel guests: 20 Euro per transfer.
Can you have your laundry done at the hotel?
You can have your clothes washed and ironed throughout your stay with us. There is a washing machine and a dryer in the hotel. Upon request, you will receive a detailed price list at reception.
Children under 12, who sleep in the same bed with their parents stay free of charge.
Each bed required additionally counts as one person.
Currently there are no cots available in the hotel. If you bring your own travel cot, we would recommend you to take our large room No. 31.
Is there a smoking room?
Smoking is allowed only on a balcony or on the outdoor area of the hotel. We advise smokers to take room No. 21 or No. 31 with a large balcony, as well as No. 32 or No. 33 with a smaller balcony, respectively.
About us
The hotel owners and founders are Katrin and George Tevdorashvilis, a German-Georgian married couple with six children, resident in Georgia since 2009, and a Swiss married couple Corina Lendfers and Michael Berndonner, also parents of five children, circumnavigators and long-time Georgia enthusiasts.
Michael Berndonner was active as an officer for the UN-Monitoring Mission UNOMIG in the conflict region Abkhazia for a period of one year.

The German- and English-language travel agency in Georgia with emphasis on cultural- and hiking travels in Georgia and South Caucasus. GEORGIA INSIGHT provides day trips and short tours from Tbilisi, round tours, trekking tours and mountaineering in the Greater Caucasus, culture tours, wine tours, photo tours and much more through the country.
Hotel Suliko offers all the travel programs of GEORGIA INSIGHT incl. airport transfer and complementary pick-up at the hotel.
SOBISSURI Natural Products
Sobissuri is a social association in the Gori region near the South Ossetia conflict zone. Here, young people and women are given the opportunity to receive education and jobs. Sobissuri produces natural apple juice, and since 2015 also apple sauce, honey, jam and dried fruits.
Hotel Suliko serves various products of the Sobissuri assortment for breakfast: apple juice, grape juice, along with other seasonal products.
